Herald, a multiple Group winning Special and was #2 15" Beagle in Breed Points in 2002 and
15" Sire of the Year in 2003, but his greatest
accomplishments have been as a BD (Bed Dog) and a Whippet
Exerciser Extraordinaire!
Herald came out of retirement in 2009 to go Best Veteran in Show
at the Tioga County Kennel Club Show for the second time and to go Best Veteran
in Sweepstakes at the MAHA Specialty under noted Whippet breeder Raymond Johnson.
He also sired a daughter,
Lydia, for Mark Lazarus and Penny Kretchmer and has now
been bred to CH Chrisette's Strike A Pose. We are very proud of him and forever
grateful to the late Sandra Robichaud for trusting us with Herald.
